Une des grandes qualités d'Austin Wintory, c'est d'être parfois là où on ne l'attend pas. Sur un jeu vidéo qui a pour objectif de se dérouler dans un monde ouvert et massivement en ligne, on aura vite fait de l'imaginer partir dans des orchestrations symphoniques. Or, la bande-originale d'Absolver, ce n'est pas ça : c'est le contraire puisqu'elle tient majoritairement sur quelques guitares (et autres instruments traditionnels). C'est génial ! La vie y est un combat, le combat y est une danse.

Austin Wintory has a lengthy discography rooted in both games and film and all of his releases have been amazing. I haven't played Erica but I've listened to this score dozens of times. It's emotive and brilliant in its composition.
